How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive.

Can I track my order?

You should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. If you have not received it and you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
